Rubin Kazan - Partizan Rubin Kazan is big favorite on this match, but I still think Partizan is able to cover the handicap. Both teams started with draws in UEFA Europe League. Partizan played a goalless draw with Neftchi Baku, while Rubin Kazan managed to stay unbeaten against Inter Milan at Meazza. The final score on that match was 2:2. The goals for Rubin Kazan were scored by Aleksandar Rjazancev and Jose Rondon. Partizan will play this match without injured Tomic and that's a handicap. Still, the absence of one player should not be crucial. Coach Vladimir Vermezovic is optimist, just as the players. Partizan is in series of three victories in a row. I know the opponents are from Serbia (Partizan won 3:0 against Vojvodina, 4:1 against Proleter and 5:0 against Sloboda), but still Partizan is in winning series. Even more, Partizan is unbeaten in the last eight matches. The atmosphere in the squad is very good and the players confidence is very high at the moment. Rubin Kazan is a strong team from Russia, but the question is how motivate the players will be on this match. It is not expected a full stadium in Kazan and I won't be surprised if coach Kurban Berdyev decide to rest some of his main players. UEFA Europe League is not a priority for him and he is mainly focused on domestic championship. At the moment Rubin is sixth with 18 points. They already suffered four defeats (from Lokomotiv Moscow, Terek Grozny, Spartak Moscow and Krasnodar) and showed big inconsistency. On Sunday Rubin have an important match against Amkar Perm and I think the coach Berdyev might keep some of his key players today. Considering the previous mentioned reasons I expect Partizan will not loose with more then one goal here.
