i bought a 70lb heavy bag, with boxing gloves also… i will not be boxing in the future will this still be good training for my life? like what does it build up and train?
omg… i have been going to a gym for about a year now… for thos ewho dont understand my question let me simplify it for you “what ability does boxing build up” … that’s it… god this site is annoying…
